Lease from Robert Earl Ferrers, Viscount Tamworth, Baron Ferrers of Chartley, to Nathaniel Rouse, gentleman, John Baylis and Henry Prestidge of Newbold in Tredington, husbandmen, of a close called the Middle Leasow (boundaries), a piece of meadow called Long Meadow adjoining the last on the east, and after pasture in Tyth Meadow; all which premises, containing 95 acres, are in Lower Eatington, and are in the tenure of the lessees; to hold for 12 years at an annual rent of £74.
