Copy of a Lease from Thomas Hiron of Warwick, esq., to William Gibbs the elder of Alveston, farmer, and William Gibbs the younger of Stratford-upon-Avon, innkeeper, of messuages and lands in the parish of Alveston consisting of the Hill Farm in the occupation of Thomas Holder, and the Little Hill Farm in the occupation of either of the said William Gibbs, together with rights of timber and gravel. To hold for 14 years from 29th. September 1831. Rent: £620 and also £50 for every acre of meadow land converted to tillage and also £20 for every acre on which flax, hemp rope seed or woad was sown.
