Hurlstone concerning delapidations at Broughton Farm in Whitchurch, which John Ayshcombe held of Edmund Hurlstone by a lease dated 29 September 1785. Also include papers in Roberts v. Smith, where Thomas Roberts and Evelyn Shirley accuse Thomas Smith of trespass and damage to land at Eatington [Ettington], Warwickshire, 1792
