F. C. Wellstood: Warwickshire calendars and transcripts

Volume containing summary lists of the contents of boxes of deeds deposited by the Trevelyan family relating to their Welcombe, Snitterfield and other Warwickshire estates. F.C. Wellstood has extracted and copiped palns and schedules form various deeds and comiled a brief pedigree. Inserted loosely in the front of the volume are: a) Rough pencil map of part of the estate on 6 sheets b) 2 letters, dated 24 November and 1 December 1932, from Anna M. Phillips, The Park, Prestwich, Manchester, to F. C. Wellstood, about the genealogy of the Philips [sic] family of Welcombe House c) 2 letters, dated 24 and 30 June 1936 from Elizabeth (Mrs R. C.) Trevelyan, about the contents of the collection. A draft reply from Wellstood refers to a possible publication by the Dugdale Society of a documentary history of Snitterfield
