Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Bossward of Alcester, barber and perukmaker (son and heir of John Bossward late of Bidford, brickmaker) and John Baylis of Wixford, yeoman (son and heir of Sarah Baylis, widow of William Baylis late of Bidford, collar-maker, and daughter of the said Thomas Bossward) to Joseph Bossward of Bidford, brickmaker for £5 apiece, of two fifth-part shares in two cottages in Butt Lane, alias Bull Lane, in Stratford-upon-Avon in the tenures of William Hale and [Samuel] Hutson, [Hudson] bounded on the south by a messuage in the tenure of Matthew Hutson, [Hudson] and on the north by a messuage in the tenure of Thomas Taylor.
