Knight of Barrels

Description

Attested copy lease and release being a conveyance from George Wingfield Sparrow, Montagu Street, Russell Square, Middlesex, esq., and William Wingfield, Lincols Inn, Middlesex, esq., with the privity of Robert Knight, Barrells, Warwickshire, esq., and of Charles Henry Bellenden Ker of Lincoln's Inn, co. Middx., barrister-at-law, to Sir Francis Burdett of Foremarke, co. Derby, baronet, as trustee in consideration of £15,790.0s.9d paid by Robert Knight into the bank of England in the name of the Accountant General of the high court of Chancery exparte the purchasers of the estates of Robert, Earl of Catherlough, deceased, of the manor of Studley and other properties there, in trust for the said Robert Knight, and surrender by William Throckmorton and Edward Cooper for the same consideration of the residue of five several terms of years in the said properties or part of them.
