Also included: - Death certificate of Mary Margaret Peglar, daughter of John Peglar of Stratford-upon-Avon, 29 November 1846 - Release from the Reverend John Peglar to the trustees of his marriage settlement (with Harriett daughter of James Davenport), 1 December 1841 - Declaration of trust between the Reverend Charles Davenport of Welford and John Peglar, concerning money lent to Thomas Downes of Ilfracombe, co. Devon, esq., 11 October 1844.
