Description
Thomas Hill Mortimer, Albany to Chandos Leigh, Stoneleigh: Re James Leigh's proceedings by Writ of Right. Is sure no claimant will ultimately succeed but "neither I nor the Legislature can tie the hands of any persons desiring to institute proceedings". Repeats arrangements with Chapman and Sons: they to give note of hand for £1000 and insure father's life for £3000.
