Correspondence of Henry Peyto Verney, (after 1820 Lord Willoughby de Broke

Description

Letter from John Cow, Dock Yard, Woolwich, to [Henry] Lord Willoughby de Broke: Best if little frigate and twenty foot boat hauled out of water during winter. Suggests removing ballast and caulking in spring when completely dry before relaunching. Has heard good things of Morton's patent slip [see DR98/1654/52]
