Description

Assignment from Thomas Middleton of Church Tysoe, gentleman, with the consent of Thomas Hewins (Hewens) of the same, yeoman, to James Gardner of Oxhill, gentleman (reciting nos. 6-9) for £1000, of a mortgage, dated 24 March 1808, of premises in Upper Tysoe and Church Tysoe, as described in no. 6, but now in the tenure of Thomas Hewins (Hewens) and Clark Middleton. For further security, the said Thomas Hewins (Hewens) conveys to William Gardner of Lower Tysoe, gentleman, a newly erected windmill on the said premises; to hold the same in trust to sell (in case of default in the repayment of the said sum of £1000) for the benefit of the said James Gardner.
