Worcs., gentleman, to Susannah Hornsby of Upper Quinton, spinster, being a conveyance by lease and release (lease missing) from Susannah Hornsby to Michael Corbett of Upper Quinton, gentleman, and Rebecca Hinde of Lower Quinton, widow, of a messuage in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, known as the Kings Arms and Angell, and late in the tenure of Mary Mills, widow, and now of [Samuel] Mallerry, victualler, bounded by a messuage in the occupation of John Perks, brazier, on one side, and a messuage in the occupation of ---- Badger, widow, on the other; also a messuage in Bridge Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the tenure of ---- Watson, mercer, and now of ---- Jacocks, widow, bounded by a messuage in the tenure of Richard Lord on one side, and a messuage in the occupation of Mary Watson, widow, on the other; to hold the same in trust for JohnTimbrell [Timbrill for life, with remainder to his intended wife, and after her decease, to their heirs.
