Conveyance by lease and release from William George Morris, Joseph Williams, John Wood, Thomas Hemmings and Richard Durning (assignees of the estate and effects of Bernard MacHenry, a bankrupt), with the consent of the said Bernard MacHenry, to Patrick Linn of Evesham, co. Worcs., mercer, for £367. 10s. 0d. (£300 to William Featherston [Fetherston] and £67. 10s. 0d. to the said assignees), of a messuage late in the tenure of William Tompkins and now of Bernard MacHenry. Attached is an extract from a conveyance, with plan attached dated 17 February 1804, from Patrick Linn of Evesham, co. Worcs., mercer, to John Stickley of Stratford-upon-Avon, brazier, of a piece of land behind the house in occupation of Bernard MacHenry.
