Description

Settlement on the children of Thomas Timbrell [Timbrill] of Pershore, co. Worcs., gentleman, (reciting that an error had been made in the settlement of 9 and 10 December 1776), being a conveyance by lease and release from the said Thomas Timbrell [Timbrill] to William Perrin the younger of Pershore, gentleman, of the premises described in no. 4 (the houses in Stratford-upon-Avon being now in the tenure of Thomas Dadley [William] Tompkins) together with a messuage in Pershore; to hold the same in trust to the use of the children of the said Thomas Timbrell [Timbrill] by Anne his wife, in such manner as she shall appoint; and in default of such appointment, as to the messuage and four closes of land in Bretforton and the messuage in Pershore, to the use of JohnTimbrell [Timbrill], her son, and, as to the remainder of the property, to the use of Elizabeth Timbrell [Timbrill], her daughter.
