Settlement on the children of Thomas Timbrell [Timbrill] of Bretforton, co. Worcs., gentleman, being a conveyance by lease and release from him to Edward Young of Pershore, co. Worcs., gentleman, and William Perrin the younger of the same, gentleman, of a messuage and four closes of land in Bretforton, a farm in Honington, two messuages in Stratford-upon-Avon in the tenures of William Judd and Ann Jarrett [Jarett], and two cottages in Bretforton; to hold the same in trust for the said Thomas Timbrell [Timbrill] for life, and after his death to the use of his children by Anne his wife in such manner as she shall appoint; or, in default of such appointment as to the messuage and closes of land in Bretforton, to the use of John Timbrell [Timbrill], his son, and, as to the remainder of the property, to the use of Elizabeth Timbrell [Timbrill], his daughter
