Conveyance by lease and release from William Ambor Keating, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, but now of Hatton Street, Holborn, London, esq., (son and heir of William Cooper Keating, late a colonel in the East India Company, deceased, himself nephew and heir of James Keating late of Stratford-upon-Avon, bookseller and banker) and Bethia his wife, to Thomas Cresswell of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, and his trustee (James Cresswell), for £500, of three contiguous messuages in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the tenures of Henry Turbitt, mercer, and Mary Mills, milliner, since of James Keating, the widow Canning and Samuel Cooper, and now of the said Samuel Cooper, the widow Angel and Miss Lydia Payton [Peyton], bounded on the south by a messuage belonging to the Corporation late in the possession of John Tissell, saddler, and since of John Gill, and on the north by a messuage heretofore of John Halford, since of Joseph Egginton and now of Edward Hawkes, ironmongers.
