Assignment from John Barnhurst of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, and William Featherston [Fetherston] of the same, innholder, with the consent of the assignees of the estate and effects of Bernard MacHenry of the same, a bankrupt, and at the direction of Patrick Linn of Evesham, co. Worcs., mercer, to Joseph Wesney Lavender of the same, gentleman, (reciting nos. 8-11), for £300 paid to William Featherston [Fetherston] by the said Patrick Linn, of two several terms of 500 years and 1000 years created by mortgages of 25 March 1797 [no. 8] and 21 January 1802 [no. 11]; to hold the same in trust for Patrick Linn to attend the freehold and inheritance.
