Attested copy of the will of Thomas Mortiboys of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, dated 7 February 1799, with following bequests: i) to his daughter, Fanny Mortiboys, £200 to his daughter Susanna Mortiboys, whom he appoints executrix, all the residue of his real and personal estate.
