Eight Bells, Chipping Campden

Conveyance from Richard Clark of Maugersbury, co. Glos., farmer, to William Smith of Chipping Campden, co. Glos., maltster, of the life interest of Mary Clark, widow of the late Stephen Clark, in a cottage in Chipping Campden now in the tenure of Francis Stanley, this arrangement made necessary by the inability of the executors of the estate of Stephen Clark to raise sufficent money to pay his debts. Endorsed with note of the sale of this life interest from William Smith to Sarah Hands, 21 January 1803.
