Conveyance by lease and release from William Bache of Stratford-upon-Avon, soapboiler, to John Baldwin [Baldwyn] of the same, butcher, for £100, of a messuage in Sheep Street, bounded on the east by a messuage late of Elizabeth Smith, widow, and now of Joseph Hill, on the west by a Corporation tenement, late in the tenure of Joseph Hornsby and now of Thomas Williams, on the north by Sheep Street, and on the south by a yard late in the tenure of Thomas Taylor, baker, and now of William Bolton; which messuage formed part of the inheritance of Thomas Gray, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, grocer, grand-father of Mary, wife of the said William Bache.
