Eight Bells, Chipping Campden

Description

Conveyance from Ellen Griffiths of Bedford House, Chipping Campden, co. Glos., widow of William Higford Griffiths, to Percy Charles Rushen of Warwick Court, High Holborn, London, chartered patent agent, of certain chief rents issuing out of hereditaments in Chipping Campden. With recitals from 1881 to explain her entitlement to these rents, and a schedule of nine deeds of release, 1912-1965, whereby Percy Charles Rushen and his executors released certain premises from the payment of these rents, of which the Eight Bells was the last (10 March 1965) .
