Further charge, to secure £150, from John Spencer of Cote, near Bampton, co. Oxon., farmer, to John Fox of Aston, co. Oxon., farmer, of: i) a messuage in Aston Bampton. co. Oxon., with cottage land adjoining (abuttals), late in the tenure of Elizabeth Clinch and Ann Clinch, since of William Townsend and now of John Spencer ii) a messuage in Lower Brailes late in the occupation of William Godson, glover, since of William Hands, then of Temperance Upton, and now of Robert Timms, purchased by James Upton the elder from Richard Godson on 17 August 1816 , with an adjoining piece of garden ground, containing 480 square feet, formerly part of the premises known as the Rose and Crown Inn.
