Assignment from George Perkes of Upton in Haselor,yeoman, with the consent of John Jones late of Stratford-upon-Avon, but now of Shipston-on-Stour, bricklayer, and Mary his wife, to Thomas Bossard [Bossward] of Bidford, brickmaker, and his trustee, Rutter Horniblow of Alcester, gentleman, for £20 12s 0d, of a mortgage, dated 16 June 1709, from the said John Jones to George Perkes of two messuages then in the tenure of Samuel Hiron and Robert Cooper, alias Hooper, and Anne his wife, in Butt Lane in the parish of Old Stratford, for 1000 years at a peppercorn rent to secure £20.
