Conveyance from the parties as in DR295/5 to Robert Guy of Stratford-upon-Avon, tailor, and Mary his wife, for £60, of a newly erected messuage in Swine Street [Ely Street] built on the westward part of the site of a messuage (which passed under the will of William Barnacle in trust for his children) late in the tenure of William Satchwell and since of William Barnacle; which newly erected messuage is bounded on the east by a newly erected messuage of Joseph Barnacle, and on the west by a messuage belonging to and in the occupation of Sarah Walford; and the said Robert Guy and Mary his wife to enjoy the use of a passage between the two newly erected houses.
