Declaration of trust from Samuel Tyler of Shottery, Old Stratford, gent. to Edward Gibbes of Warwick, esq. and Anne, Catherine, Dorothy and Decima Tyler of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinsters, as to the proper division of £1000, the sum gained from the indenture recited below; namely that £500 is the proper share of the said Edward Gibbes, and that £125 is the proper share of each of the said Anne, Catherine, Dorothy and Decima Tyler; with the following recitals: i) 2 June 1744: Mortgage, to secure £1000, from John Ayshcombe of Admington, gent. to the said Samuel Tyler, of a messuage in Armscott in Tredington, with the closes and 31/2 yardlands belonging to the same, and all other lands and tenements of the said John Ayshcombe in Armscott, now in the tenure of Matthew Allen ii) 24 March 1742: Lease from the Dean and Chapter of Christ Church, Oxford, ot the said John Ayshcombe, of the rectory of Neitherwell, Gloucestershire, for 41 years iii) Assignment of lease by way of mortgage to secure £3000, from the said John Ayshcombe to Fulke Greville of Wilberry, Wiltshire, of the rectory of Neitherwell, Gloucestershire; t hold for the remainder of the term iv) 2 June 1744: Bargain and sale from the said Fulke Greville to the said Samuel Tyler, at the request of the said John Ayshcombe, for £1000, of the freehold of the said rectory
