Attested copy of a conveyance by lease and release from Susanna Mortiboys of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster (eldest daughter and devisee under the will of the late Thomas Mortiboys) to Richard Walford of the same, yeoman, for £130, of six messuages in Swine Street [Ely Street], Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the separate tenures of Jacob Curtis, George Cooper, George Robinson, Henry Davis, Mary Pardoe and --- Clews, and now of William Satchwell, John Marsh, Thomas Martin, Edward Miland, Richard Walker, Mary Walford and the said Richard Walford
