12-19 Ely Street, Stratford-upon-Avon

Abstract of the title of Mrs. M.A.P. Archer and Miss F.E.M. Collins to nos. 12 and 13 Ely Street, with the following recitals: As to no. 12: i) 11 August 1892: conveyance from John Barnacle of Camp Hill, Henley-in-Arden, farmer, and Edward Barnacle, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, victualler, but now of Camp Hill, farmer, to Giles Collins of Stratford-upon-Avon, basket-maker, for £165, of a messuage in Ely Street in the tenure of George Hewins, bounded by a messuage belonging to Robert Guy, and built by him, on the west, and by a messuage lately belonging to William Bourton but now to Jane Edwards on the east. As to no. 13: ii) 21 May 1896; conveyance from Elizabeth Guy and Ann Guy, both of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinsters, daughters and devisees under the will of Robert Guy (died 11 March 1895), to Giles Collins, of a messuage known as no. 13 Ely Street, late in the occupation of Robert Guy and then of the vendors. As to nos. 12 and 13: iii) 10 September 1906: will of Giles Collins, dated 4 March 1904, bequeathing nos. 12 and 13 Ely Street, nos. 11 and 12 Evesham Road and no. 57 West Street, to trustees for the benefit of his wife Fanny Collins for life and, after her decease, to sell the same, and divide the profits between his children, Thomas Edward Collins, William John Collins, Mary Anne Priscilla Collins, Frances Ellen Martha Collins and Rebecca Collins. 26 September 1909: death of Fanny Collins.
