Conveyance from William Harrington Bush (legatee, under the will of the late Anne Wheler, died 13 September 1870, of the property described below) and Frances Elizabeth his wife, to Robert Wheler Bush (surviving trustee of their marriage settlement, dated 17 September 1852) for £300, of the premises as described in DR313/9, now in the tenure of Mrs. Scriven; to hold the same, subject to the conditions of the said marriage settlement. Endorsed: with the appointment, dated 21 January 1880, by Robert Wheler Bush, of new trustees of the marriage settlement.
