13 New Street and 28 Ryland Street, Stratford-upon-Avon

Description

Conveyance from John Whiteman of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, to Henry Whiteman Hewins of the same, organ builder (reciting DR343/1 and 2 and that Thomas Hewins, by his will dated 2 May 1872, instructed the said John Whiteman to sell his property after his wife's death and on his youngest son attaining the age of 21) for £600, of a piece of land, bounded on the north by Ryland Street, on the west by New Street, and on the east by a messuage erected by Thomas Hewins; on which piece of land the said Thomas Hewins had erected a messuage now known as no. 13 New Street. Also included in the conveyance is the piece of land at the rear of the said messuage, described in DR343/2.
