Conveyance from William Davis of Alcester, cordwainer (sole administrator of the estate of Thomas Davis, his late father) to Charles Taylor of Stratford-upon-Avon, joiner, (reciting DR313/2) for £40, of a newly erected shop and workhouse, now converted into a dwelling house in Church Street, with a piece of land adjoining, late in the tenure of Thomas Davis, since of Mary Davis, and now of Widow Knibb.
