Description

Conveyance from John Tasker of Stratford-upon-Avon, auctioneer, and Richard Henry Harbridge (surviving executors of the will of Thomas Tasker, proved 14 July 1846), at the direction of William Bennett of Stratford-upon-Avon, accountant, and Sarah his wife (formerly Sarah Buller, spinster) to trustees (John Tasker and Robert Flint) for £160 paid by William Bennett to John Tasker, of a cottage in Rother Street late in the tenure of Benjamin Buller (father of the said Sarah Bennett) and now of William Bennett, and another messuage in the same street, late in the tenure of Thomas Aston, then of John Dyer and now of Widow Adams, between a tenement of William Willis on the south and the said tenement of William Bennett on the north; to hold the same in trust for William Bennett and Sarah his wife and the longer liver of them, and after their deaths in trust to sell.
