Conveyance by lease and release from Jonathan Cooper of Stratford-upon-Avon, a private soldier in the Warwickshire Regiment of Militia (eldest son and heir of Jonathan Cooper late of Stratford-upon-Avon, deceased) to Benjamin Buller of Stratford-upon-Avon, farmer (reciting DR350/4-5 and that Ann Cooper had died in February 1814, intestate) for £130, of two cottages in the Rother Market, formerly in the tenure of George Constable, Elizabeth Cox and Ann Cooper, and now of Jonathan Cooper and Ann Ball, with the building behind the same, once used as a dwelling house but now as a coal-house.
