Lease from Charles, Earl of Dorset and Middlesex, to Michael Edwards of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoe maker, in consideration of the surrender of a former lease, of a messuage, late in the possession of and built by William Atwood, deceased, in Henley Street, measuring in depth from the street towards the field 10 yards, and in breadth on the street side 4 yards, bounded on the northwest by a tenement late of William Atwood, and on the southeast by a messuage of the Corporation of Stratford-upon-Avon; to hold for 99 years at an annual rent of 13s 4d.
