Staffs., gentleman, to John Rowden Westbury of Stratford-upon-Avon, schoolmaster, for £113 8s 0d., of a messuage and appurtenances in Ely Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the tenure of Mrs. Arabella Floyer, deceased (widow of John Floyer, the father of Charles Floyer), and now untenanted, together with the moiety of a pew in the parish church appurtenant to the said messuage and another messuage in High Street, sold by Charles Floyer to Thomas Ashford and John Lord of Stratford-upon-Avon, saddlers.
