Assignment by Job Archer, Stratford-upon-Avon, butcher, to Francis Chattaway of Shottery and John Lane of Stratford-upon-Avon (reciting a conveyance dated 15 and 16 November 1822, from the said Job Archer to William Bolton, of a messuage in Chapel Street, in trust to sell the same and repay the sums of £300 and £100 due to persons therein mentioned and to pay any surplus money to the said Job Archer) of all his rights in any profits arising from the said sale, and in all money due to him, and all his household goods; to hold in trust for the benefit of creditors
