Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Mason of Deeping Saint James, Lincolnshire, gent. (cousin and heir of Catharine Mason late of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster, surviving daughter of Bartlett Mason, late of Stratford, gent.), to John Payton of the White Lion, Stratford-upon-Avon, innholder, of five lands lying together in Guilpitts Furlong in Stratford Field in the parish of Old Stratford, bounded by Maidenhead Lane on the east and the Birmingham to London turnpike on the south, and situated next to the White Lion Gates; which lands were purchased by Bartlett Mason of Mrs Martha Cross and others.
