Copy of court roll recording the surrender at the private or special court baron of Dugdale Stratford Dugdale, esquire, for the manor of Atherstone, by Ambrose Pearman of Atherstone, cordwainer, and his mortgagee, Henry Radford of Atherstone, gentleman, of copyhold premises on the manor of Atherstone, with the admission of John Burton Pearman of Packwood, farmer, to the same premises; being an assignment of mortgage contracted by Ambrose Pearman on 2 April 1822, this surrender to become void on the payment of £220 by Ambrose Pearman to John Pearman
