Gift with warranty from John Clerk of Stychale to John Wymondeswold' of Coventre and Richard Hewet of Stychale of 12 cottages in Coventre of which 3 lie together in le Litilparkstrete in Coventre between the tenement once belonging to John Smythyer and the tenement once belonging to William Swettenham; and the other 9 lie together in le Westhorchard' between the tenement of Thomas Brownale and the tenement once belonging to Richard Palmer; with the further gift of a toft, half a virgate of land and half a virgate of meadow in Merston' Jabet [Lea Marston] which the grantor had by the gift of Henry Eryse of Frolierworth' [Frowlesworth], co. Leics.; also a messuage and half a virgate of land in Stychale lying between the land called le Torchzard' and the common field of Stychale; and four selions of arable land in Fynnam; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee.
