Surrender by Arthur Gregory of Stivechale, esq., to John Gregory, his son and heir apparent,of all his claim, estate and interest in the Manor of Kingeshull alias Helinhull with appurtenances and all his lands, tenements, rents, services, with appurtenances in Kingeshull, Finhame, Flechamsted, Canley, Weston under Wetheley, Styvechale and Stonley, which premises the said Arthur now holds for term of his life with remainder to the said John as more fully appears in a certain indenture of feoffment made between the said Arthur and Henry, Earl of Huntingdon, Robert Dymoke, Ralph Segrave, John Gregory and Ralph Rigely, esquires, dated Monday next after the Octave of St. Michael, 12 Elizabeth [no. 1209], and also by another indenture by the same parties dated 10 August, 12 Elizabeth [no. 1208]; to hold the same to his son John and his assigns for ever, provided that Jane wife of the said Arthur and mother of the said John should partake of the profits of all the said premises for her life after the death of the said Arthur.
