Papers relating to Nos. 52-54 Bull Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, bequeathed by Wentworth Schofield (by Will dated 17 June 1875) to his grandchildren, Arthur Cheffins, Alice Cheffins and Ada Cheffins. Includes: - Marriage certificate of Arthur Baker and Alice Cheffins in Sheffield, 29 July 1891. - Notices that the said grand-daughters, Alice Baker of Nottingham, Ada Cheffins of the same, had mortgaged their interests in the property, 5 September 1893. - Draft residuary accounts, 2 August 1923, on the deaths of Alice Cheffins of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow (daughter of Wentworth Schofield, died 15 December 1916) and Ada Bradbury, wife of F.
