Declaration by Bernard Paulet, reciting DR18/10/862/7, and that by his will dated 19 March he had appointed Lord Francis Paulet of Englefield, Berks. his sole executor. Now he settles his estates upon the said Lord Francis for life with remainder in tail male and in default to Francis Paulet of Hants, esq., cousin german to the Marquess of Winchester, in tail male. Further charges estates at Attworth alias Attford with a £60 annuity for the maintenance of a school and schoolmaster there. Defaced by removal of signature and seal
