Settlement being a conveyance by Francis Eade of Warwick, gentleman, and Frances his wife, to Aaron Rogers and Thomas Griffin of Warwick, gentlemen, of two messuages in Castle Lane and Mill Lane, Warwick, in the tenures of Mary Woodward and Robert Gibbins, a close of land in Saltisford in the tenure of Thomas Russell, two messuages in Claverdon called Saddlebow and Eysels in the tenure of Robert Howes and John Findon; to hold the same in trust for Francis Eade and Frances his wife for their lives and then for their grandchildren, the issue of their late daughter, Katherine Jemmat, by her husband, Samuel Jemmat of Warwick, clerk, as follows: the messuage in Castle Lane, Warwick, to the use of Katherine Jemmat; the messuage called Saddlebow to the use of Samuel Jemmat; the messuage in Mill Lane and the close in Saltisford to the use of Frances Jemmat and the messuage called Eysels to the use of Anne Jemmat.
