Description

Bond from Robert Fullwood of Little Alne esq. to Thomas Nicholls of Ullenhall yeoman in the penal sum of £150 to pay £140 and interest to William Mortiboys on 14 January next (this being the amount of a loan which Robert Fullwood borrowed on 14 January last of William Mortiboys on the security of Leycroft coppice in Ullenhall, which coppice the said Robert had that day sold to Thomas Nicholls), to deliver up the writings belonging to the same then in the hands of William Mortiboys, and to perform covenants in an indenture of the same date between the said Robert Fullwood and the said Thomas Nicholls.
