Copy of the will, dated 13 January 1661/2, of Robert Johnson of Horsington, Lincolnshire, yeoman, bequeathing to his daughter Frances £400 when she reaches the age of 21, or if she should die before such a time, to her mother, Elizabeth; to his daughter Frances when she comes of age, his land and house in Horsington, paying to her mother £10 p.a. during her life; to the poor of Horsington 20 shillings; to Mr. Dobbs for making his will, 3s.8d.; to his neighbour, James Dynnys, 5s.8d.; to John Chaxton, one bay mare; to Frances Chaxton, 20 shillings; to Katherine Chaxton 20 shillings and to John Gibbon, 20 shillings. His wife, Elizabeth Johnson, appointed executrix. Proved at Lincoln, 4 February 1661/2.
