Description

Lease from Sir Thomas Ferrers, knight, to Robert Cleydon of Coventre, draper, of the water mill called Heth'mylle in Stichale, with the dam and floodgates, etc. pertaining thereto; to hold the same from the feast of the Annunciation last past for 39 years, rendering annually 28s. 4d. (2 terms); and the said Robert to maintain the same during the said term at his own expense; and so that these conditions should be performed, the said Robert, Richard Griffyn of Coventre, miller and Otwell Wynstanley of Coventre, plumber, are each bound in the sum of 10 pounds to the said Sir Thomas.
