Gift from Henry Richard' of Pakwod' to John Brom' lord of Baddisley of one acre of land in Baddisley lying in breadth between the land lately belonging to Robert Williams now in the tenure of Richard Leper of Balsale on the one hand and land lately belonging to Thomas Gamel now in the tenure of the said lord on the other, extending from land lately belonging to Roger atte Fenne now in the tenure of Alice Wright as far as land formerly belonging to the Templars. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
