Mortgage in the form of an agreement made between Alice Medewey and John Fox Bailiff of Rowynton' on the one hand and John Hunte of Fulbrok' on the other, whereby the said John Hunte agreed that if he did not pay £10 to the said Alice and John Fox on the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Mary next coming at Warewyk' and £10 on the following feast of the Purification of the Blessed Mary, it should be lawful for the said Alice and John Fox to take possession of lands and tenements with appurtenances in Baddesley Clynton' and Rowynton' called Gylberteslondes.
