Description

Gift from John Dounfrel son of John Dounfrel to Oliver Burdet of one messuage and one cottage with two adjacent fields and appurtenances in Baddesleye, of which the messuage with one adjacent field lay between the grove formerly belonging to Roger Chetewynde and the highway leading from Warr' towards Burmecham, and the said cottage and adjacent field lay between the grove of the said John Dounfrel and the said highway. To hold the same from the chief lord of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
