Gift from Richard son of Richard Godman of Baddesleye Clynton' to Philip son and heir of the late Roger de Chetewynde knt. of a messuage in Baddesleye Clynton' formerly belonging to the said Roger with fields, meadows, pastures, feedings, ponds, fishpools, marlpits, roads, paths, hedges, ditches and all other appurtenances together with woodland extending on the one hand `in tho' Kyngeswode. on another side next to Nonneleyfeld, Geggegroue and Lockescroft, and thus by the lane extending `in tho' Grenefeld, and on the third side by the wood of the lord of Baddesleye Clynton' as the trees growing there clearly show, between the wood of the lord of Baddesleye Clynton on the one hand, and the wood of the said Roger Chetewynde on the other. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
