Staffs., esq. of a messuage in High Street, S/A, late in the tenure of John Smith, mercer, and now of John Eaves, saddler [no.33-34], a messuage in Ely Street, S/A, late in the tenure of Ann Welchman, widow, [no.26], a close (lately a cherry orchard) at the end of Scholars' Lane, containing 4 acres, late in the tenure of -- Walford, and seven cottages in Warwick (occupants named); to hold in trust for the said John Floyer for life, with reversion to his wife Elizabeth for life, and, after her death, to the heirs of their bodies.
