Quitclaim from Nicholas Ferrers of Woodlow gent. son of Edward Ferrers to Edward Ferrers son and heir of Henry Ferrers of Baddesly Clynton esq. of a messuage and tenement with six closes and meadow land in Baddesly Clynton containing about 40 acres, formerly in the occupation of Robert Monkes, which property was sold by the said Edward Ferrers, father of the said Nicholas, to Henry Ferrers, father of the said Edward on 17 May 22 Elizabeth [1580] for £200 [see DR3/323 DR3/324]. 18 October 20 James I [1622].
